2018 has certainly been a big year at the Bainum Family Foundation. We commemorated our 50-year philanthropic journey with events and activities that highlighted both our history and the partners who have been part of that journey, helping us get to where we are today.
While we carved out time to reflect on this important milestone, we can’t fully recap our year with our anniversary alone. We also made significant progress across all our initiatives. Our news and updates were captured on our Bainum Blog and in news releases we issued throughout the year. In case you missed any of them, we have collected them here.
We look forward to making even greater strides in the new year as we work to improve the quality and availability of resources for children living in poverty in Washington, D.C., and beyond. And we will share more exciting news, updates and insights in 2019. But until then, from all of us here at the Foundation, happy holidays!
